SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver only in India but will be starting International deliveries soon.

We ship most orders within 2 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 5 to 7 business days. 

You can track your order with the AWB number that will be sent to you by SMS or email once your order is dispatched. 

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be paid by the user placing the order.

The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by us against each product. Seven Islands shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Seven Islands reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Seven Islands has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website.

Delivery of orders will be done address specific and not person specific.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sevenislands.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the product, it will be subject to quality inspection and once it passes the inspection, a Credit Note will be issued in lieu of the return.

Before we send out your parcel, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and email us at support@sevenislands.store along with an image of the damaged item. In case of damaged good or wrong orders we will verify your claim and then issue a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
